The only thing that was pleasant about this trip was the lady working at the front desk. hotel is extremely dirty and full of homeless people. there were very few rooms available at check in and I was asked if I would take a room with out an air conditioning unit (there was a fan instead and if I open the refrigerator I should feel some relief) i ask if there was some sort of discount for the inconvenience and was told no, not since I booked with booking, had I booked with them they could have offered one. so I asked about canceling or even changing dates and again was told no, because bookings policy. so reluctantly I was lead to my room which was approx 20 feet from the front desk (remember there wasn't any key cards available) the room was very small, smelled of wet towels and the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned properly. to top it off I could hear everything that was happening at the front desk, which was a lot. music playing and guests talking. I have been here for less then an hour and I plan on leaving when I finish this email. I would greatly appreciate a full refund for my 'stay' at the Rodeway inn on Brevard road. please let me know how I should move forward with this process. thank you Terra prather

The location was great. I was centrally located from downtown to the BluRidge Parkway. There was so much to do. The outlet mall was even less than a mile. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated. They had 2 bell hop carts to bring in your luggage. The hallways smelled fresh from plug in air freshener all throughout the hallways. The lady with the red hair at the desk was very accommodating, making sure that my stay was pleasant.

I had asked the front desk to supply my room with more towels and hand soap and house keeping came the next day. No where to sit outside to smoke price for room was not worth the money,

The breakfast? There was none. But I don't think the ad led me to believe that there would be breakfast. What I liked was the cooperation of the desk staff in getting me into a room at noon. I had traveled all night and was due to a memorial service at 3:00, so having a chance to nap before the service was much appreciated.
